We here at Nerdy Minds love cool t-shirts. We have spent far more money than we care to admit on shirt-a-day sites, so we thought, “What can we do to feel better about the crazy amount of money that we spend on these shirts?” We came up with one answer: tell our readers so that we’re not the only ones throwing our money at these sites! Check back Monday through Friday every week as we share some of the best shirt-a-day offers with you.
Today’s shirt list starts off with two hilarious designs. The first is from Wear Viral and features some periodic table humor.

Next is Shirt Woot‘s shirt for today. This snail hates to be objectified.

Unamee has this awesome Iron Man/Back to the Future crossover shirt today.

Another interesting crossover can be found at Tee Villain. This one either makes Hello Kitty seem more terrifying or Maleficent seem more adorable.

Shirt Punch’s TV Shirt of the Day features a theme that is growing in popularity: Scooby Doo set during a zombie apocalypse.

At first glance, these two Battlestar Galactica shirts from Ript Apparel seem like a perfect pair. You might be tempted to buy both. Take a quick look at the comments, though, and you’ll think twice. While the Viper Mark II shirt is a hit, fans are up in arms over the obvious typo in the Cylon Raider design. One commenter put forth this suggestion: “Faster den light?”

Finally, Other Tees has this Majora’s Mask shirt with gorgeous artwork.

We struggled with deciding between two shirts for our Pick of the Day. When they were both on the same site, we decided to go ahead and feature both of them because they are just that good. Both of these shirts can be found at Tee Fury.
We actually did laugh out loud when we saw this first shirt. “The Keeping Tree” is a Shel Silverstein book for the modern era from artist Chad O’Dell Roberts. Staying in the same vein is “Where the Sewer Pipe Ends”, a Ninja Turtles take on a classic book that pretty much everyone has either read or had read to them. This shirt was designed by artist Beware1984.

There are plenty more “Limited Time Only” shirts that you can find at Day of the Shirt, but these are some of our favorites. Check back tomorrow when a new batch of shirts hits the net!
